Ingredients
- Dairy: 1 cup (240 g) sour cream, 1/2 cup (120 g) cream cheese (softened)
- Pickles & Vegetables: 1/2 cup (120 g) sweet and sour pickle relish, 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill (optional)
- Seasonings: 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Mix Dairy:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add Pickles & Vegetables:
- Fold in the sweet and sour pickle relish, red onion, and fresh dill.
- Season:
- Add the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Adjust:
