Recipe FAQ
- → How do I create the soccer field design?
Spread mashed avocado evenly over the baked nachos as the green field base. Use sour cream in a piping bag to draw field lines and markings for an authentic look.
- → Can I make this vegetarian?
Yes, simply omit the ground beef and increase the black beans or substitute with plant-based meat alternatives for added protein.
- → What chips work best for this dish?
Use sturdy tortilla chips that can hold layers of toppings without becoming soggy, ensuring a crisp base for the nacho field.
- → How to keep the sour cream piping smooth?
If sour cream is too thick to pipe easily, thin it slightly with a little milk to achieve smooth lines on the avocado base.
- → What are some good beverage pairings?
A crisp lager or lime-infused sparkling water complements the rich, cheesy layers and fresh toppings perfectly.
