# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss broccoli florets and whole garlic cloves with olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until broccoli is tender and lightly charred and garlic is soft and golden.
04 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
05 - Transfer roasted garlic cloves to a cutting board and mash them with a fork until smooth.
06 - In a large skillet over medium heat, combine mashed garlic, roasted broccoli, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Add cooked pasta and toss thoroughly.
07 - Pour in lemon juice and a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the mixture. Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy and well combined.
08 - Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice as desired. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
