# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Tastes like the comfort food classic but fuels your muscles instead of your sugar crash
  • Ready in 15 minutes with zero cooking, just assembly and patience
  • 20 grams of protein per serving makes it the perfect post-workout reward
02 -
  • Over-whisking the protein mixture can make it foam up and lose that silky custard texture
  • The wafers will soften over time, so if you want some crunch add them right before serving
  • Fresh bananas brown quickly, so toss them lightly in lemon juice if you're prepping these ahead
03 -
  • Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes after whisking to let the protein powder fully hydrate
  • Cold ingredients mix better, so use yogurt straight from the refrigerator
