01 - 4 large flour tortillas (8-inch)
02 - 4 large whole dill pickles
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
04 - 4 oz softened cream cheese

05 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
06 - 1 tbsp finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard

# Directions:

01 - Arrange tortillas on a clean cutting board.
02 - Use a spreading knife to evenly coat each tortilla with 1 oz (about 2 tbsp) of softened cream cheese.
03 - Place one slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, distribute chopped dill and finely diced red onion over the cheese slices and drizzle with yellow mustard.
05 - Set a whole dill pickle along the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Roll tortillas tightly around the pickle to seal all fillings inside.
07 - Cut each roll into 1-inch pieces or present whole, depending on serving preference.
