14 - 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

15 - Edible flowers (such as violets or pansies)
16 - Fresh mint leaves
17 - Powdered sugar, for dusting
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cut the puff pastry into diamond shapes. Place on the baking sheet, brush lightly with beaten egg, and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and puffed. Remove and allow to cool.
03 - Heat the milk and vanilla extract in a saucepan until just simmering. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch until pale. Gradually pour the hot milk into the yolk mixture while whisking continuously. Return to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, cover with plastic wrap pressed to the surface, and refrigerate until chilled.
04 - Melt white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water. Pour onto parchment paper and spread into a thin layer. Once slightly set but pliable, cut into diamond shapes. Chill until firm. Decorate with edible silver leaf if desired.
05 - Arrange the puff pastry diamonds on a large serving platter. Pipe or spoon the chilled vanilla cream onto some pastries. Add white chocolate diamonds and scatter the assorted fruits around. Garnish with edible flowers, fresh mint leaves, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
06 - Present immediately to guests, allowing them to combine elements as desired.
