Baked ham and cheese sliders (Print Version)

Soft rolls layered with ham and Swiss cheese, brushed with a tangy glaze, then baked until gooey and golden.

# Components:

→ Sliders

01 - 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
02 - 12 slices deli ham (9 oz)
03 - 12 slices Swiss cheese (6 oz)

→ Glaze

04 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
06 - 1 tbsp poppy seeds
07 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 tbsp finely minced onion
09 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
10 - 1/2 tsp salt
11 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
02 - Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping tops attached. Place bottom halves in the baking dish.
03 - Add one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on each bun bottom. Place the bun tops over the cheese.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until combined.
05 - Pour the glaze evenly over the assembled sliders. Use a spatula or brush to spread it so all tops are well coated. Let rest for 5 minutes to absorb.
06 - Cover assembly tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
07 - Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
08 - Allow sliders to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
