# Directions:

04 - Stir in chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Add uncooked long-grain rice, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Mix thoroughly.
06 - Gently fold in drained black beans and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
07 - Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish.
