02 - Combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Press the blended mixture evenly into the lined pan. Refrigerate while preparing the gummies.
03 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface. Allow to sit for 5 minutes for the gelatin to bloom. Gently heat over low, stirring just until gelatin dissolves. Add honey or agave syrup and mix thoroughly. Pour into a parchment-lined small dish and refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes or until fully set.
04 - Once firm, slice the gummies into small cubes to create bite-sized pieces.
05 - Remove the oat base from the refrigerator. Distribute gummy cubes, freeze-dried fruit, and freeze-dried candy evenly across the surface, pressing toppings gently into the base.
06 - Return pan to the refrigerator for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to allow toppings to set.
07 - Using the parchment paper, lift the set mixture out of the pan. Cut into bars of desired size for serving.
