# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The coconut cream transforms an ordinary soda into something that feels like a treat from a specialty shop
  • Ready in under five minutes with ingredients you might already have in your pantry
02 -
  • The temperature of your Dr Pepper matters—cold soda helps the coconut cream float better instead of mixing immediately
  • Coconut cream from a can is essential, the carton stuff is too thin and will just blend into the soda
03 -
  • Chill your glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before building the drink for extra cold refreshment
  • If the coconut cream is too solid to pour, warm it for 5 seconds in the microwave then whisk smooth
