05 - Brush half of the maple glaze over chicken and vegetables.
06 - Bake for 25 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze and continue baking for 15 more minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature and sweet potatoes are tender.
07 - Scatter baby spinach over the hot bake and allow to wilt before serving.
