# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes indulgent and restaurant-worthy while being something you can literally throw together in your pajamas.
  • The protein hits hard, so you won't be hunting for snacks an hour later.
  • No cooking required means zero stress and a kitchen that stays calm.
02 -
  • An avocado that's still slightly firm will hold up better than one that's perfectly soft—soft avocados tend to separate from the other ingredients.
  • Draining the tuna thoroughly makes the difference between a delicious wrap and a soggy regret.
03 -
  • Keep an avocado at exactly the right ripeness by buying one firm and one nearly ripe, so you're never caught without.
  • If you're prepping these ahead, squeeze extra lemon juice over the avocado layer and wrap everything tightly in foil to protect against browning.
