# Components:

01 - 1 cup green cabbage, chopped
02 - 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed, chopped
03 - 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
04 - 1 stalk celery, chopped

05 - 1 green apple, cored and chopped
06 - Juice of 1 lemon

07 - 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
08 - 1/2 cup cold water (optional, for blending)

# Directions:

01 - Wash all produce thoroughly under cold running water. Prepare all vegetables and fruit as directed, ensuring cabbage and kale are chopped, cucumber is peeled and chopped, celery is chopped, and apple is cored and chopped.
