01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

03 - Place potatoes directly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 55 to 65 minutes, until skin is crisp and potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

05 - Remove potatoes from oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice open lengthwise and fluff the insides with a fork.
