# Directions:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated carrot, sliced green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, and sugar. Mix thoroughly until evenly incorporated.
02 - Cut each lumpia wrapper in half to create two rectangular pieces.
03 - Place 1 tablespoon of filling near the short edge of each wrapper half and shape into a small log. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly. Use beaten egg to brush the end seal.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
05 - Arrange lumpia bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil. Air fry for 8 minutes, flip, spray again, then air fry for an additional 7 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili sauce until sugars dissolve. Serve alongside lumpia bites.
